"I ordered a Coke with my food and most definitely got a Cherry Coke. I'm not sure if they simply made a mistake on my order or connected the wrong syrup tank. The biggie bag is worth....$5, no deal there."

"Drive thru wasn't bad, only two cars in front of me.took about 5mins to reach the window. I wasn't driving, the person driving. always speeds in drive thru. I think his record is, two& a half car lengts in under 5mins"

"There were only 4 cars in front of me when I got in the drive through. 33 minutes later I finally pull up to the window, and... nothing. No "sorry for the wait", "hello", or even "your total is". When someone does finally look at me it's just to give me a blank stare. Idk why but that was my last straw. I just said, "You know what, never mind. 33 minutes. Never mind. Bye." Went to the sonics across the street and had a meal in my hands in under 5 minutes, from a lovely lady. If this was a one-off I'd assume they were having some issue or another, but they are consistently incredibly slow. I'm guessing the owner refuses to hire enough people. Whatever it is, I'll drive further to go to another location from now on."

"This location needs plenty of help specially during weekend early evening hours. Last Saturday NOV 4 it was a mad house. It appears to have the necessary staff but it was chaotic. Drive thru and Door dash orders were the priority over lobby customers and their orders. I stood waiting for my order for over 30min. The lady in front of me in the lobby was already waiting for her order for over 20min when I got there she just ordered a combo this was no family meals or multiple combos. Staff appeared disorganized and no telling who was in charge as the manager was also prepping meals. There was no direction for the staff to handle orders, cashing, packing, drive thru. It has the potential to be an excellent location but right now it needs work or better staff. Food was good and fresh specially their fries."

"Long line, They didn't know our order. I only ordered 2 frostys and received a frosty with hair in it. As you can see, my hair is pink, a classic who done it."
