"The taste of food is different from the one in lacey this is the 2nd time I have been here and probably will be the last time I think lacey is better I thought it was just me the first time but ohh know and my 12 year old said the same thing"
"My husband and I have been grabing dinner here after work for at least twice a week for about 6 months.I cannot say that I have ever had a bad experience. The staff is always friendly, even when they are super busy the service is speedy, and the food is always good. Honey walnut shrimp and the ragoons are my go to while my husband loves the Beijing beef and orange chicken. Thank you to this team for consistently giving us an awesome experience!"
"Won't go here again. The orange chicken is fine but the green bean chicken and broccoli beef had little meat and less flavor. We will look for Chinese food elsewhere."
"I ordered four meals, one of them was a bowl with orange chicken and fried rice and when I got home we discovered there was only five pieces of chicken in the bowl. It was barely a half order of chicken that they placed in the container. Comparing it to our past orders and what was in the second bowl it was clear that we got shorted. Secondly, I asked for an egg roll with sweet and sour sauce, which I was charged for. I saw him grab the egg roll and place it on the counter and I saw him place the sweet and sour sauce in the bag but when I got home I discovered that the egg roll was never actually placed in the bag. Lastly I want to add that the attitude of the server behind the counter was unbelievably rude. He was pouting like a spoiled child the whole time he was working on anyone's order and when he spoke to customers he used a tone of voice that was incredibly rude and disrespectful. If he doesn't want to be at work I certainly DO NOT WANT HIM TOUCHING MY FOOD! I tried to call the store when I got home at 9:30 pm to report what happened but it was maybe expecting too much for anyone to bother picking up the phone. Next time I will drive the extra distance to give my money to a different store. This place obviously does not care about the customer beyond whether or not their credit card is accepted. p.s. - You owe me for an eggroll and an orange chicken bowl."
"Arrived at approximately 5:30, there were five people in front of me. I placed my order at 5:39, one plate with two entrees, sesame chicken and broccoli beef with fried rice, and one family dinner with the steak dish, chicken and mushroom, and chicken and green bean, both sides were the chow mein. I was told at the time I ordered the sesame chicken would be approximately 3 minutes. They then moved me down the line and I paid $54 approximately. During the time I was waiting there was a proximately 20 people that had come in behind me and they were being moved through the line with their orders fulfilled. At 10 minutes I checked to see why my order wasn't ready and I was told that we were still waiting on the chicken and mushroom and the chicken and green bean. While I was waiting I observed all those people that came in after me being served those dishes. I waited 25 minutes for my order. I checked it before I left the store and noted that the steak which cost me an additional $3.75 was not even full it was about an inch and a half below the top, the plate with two entrees and fried rice with also very skimpy and the fried rice as you can see in the picture was not even two full Scoops it was maybe a scoop and a half. At the point that I waited that long, and paid additional for the steak entree it seems they could have at least filled up the box and possibly offered me an additional dish since it took so long. As this was my first time using this location I am extremely disappointed, and doubt that I will go back again. I will be calling the 1-800 number as well to take the survey and let them know how disappointing and expensive this meal turned out to be. As you can see by my other reviews I am very fair and only give a poor review if I feel one is deserved."
