"I pull up at 6:00 in the drive thru and see an employee smoking in front. I try ordering and got no response. I turn off my car and waited and waited to order. I finally pulled up to the window. Turned off my car again. Waited there 5 min. Finally someone came to the window (the same guy smoking the cigarette). After ordering they asked me to pull forward. I pull forward and finally after waiting in my car, I go inside to find out what is going on and see if it will be much longer. Seems to be only 2 people working. Didn’t get my food until 6:17 and it wasn’t even hot. The orange juice tasted like water with a hint of orange. Who is running this show?"
"They have no training on how to have good customer service in regards to having any type of accountability. Whenever I have came here, I always say please and thank you, give endless comments to staff because I work in the industry of customer service as well and I know how hard it can be for a worker but that’s still not enough for this staff. EVEN WHEN IVE BEEN KIND TO YOUR STAFF, I’m met with scoffs and side eyes when your staff messes up. Take accountability, seriously."
"Best McDonald's I've been to, which isn't saying much. Pricier than most, but they're nice and fast and if you use the app it can be dirt cheap. I use the app and park outside for pick up, will never use the drive in or go into the store again."
"The manager was absolutely wonderful this is the best McDonald's I have visited in Washington. This location is amazing and I ate here when we got off the ferry and I never got upset tummy or anything. The locations in everett are gross and I don't visit those ones. I highly recommend if you're hungry after a ferry trip to stop and have dinner with your family here. !!!"
"Very slow, a bit disorganized. The burgers are not as good as I remember. For about the same price GrubHut across the street with grass fed beef is a healthier and more fulfilling meal. Drive through only, no bathroom available."
