"There is a barista who is always kind and gives the best customer service and he always has a smile on his face which I genuinely appreciate. However with every other barista it is a hit or miss experience. For example, my mom and I came by today and loaded a gift card with $20 and the barista failed to give us the gift card when we pulled off. We always tip even if it’s a dollar or two because we understand the hard work they put in but it would be nice if the energy was reciprocated by everyone. I hope that things start to get better and become more put together for this location specifically. My mom and I love bigfoot java and go there every single day, but we have two main locations with this being one. There needs to be intervention between the baristas and the others can take some notes from the guy over there."

"This stand is consistently busy do to slow service. Usually 3 to 4 barista’s working but always inconsistent with orders. 1 person takes the order. 1 person makes it. Then half the time there’s something missing or something wrong with the order. This is not the first time I’ve had an issue at this particular location. This time I ordered 2 drinks. Had to have them add whip to 1 cuz they didn’t. Then the other I specifically asked them to leave room for me to pour my protein shake inside with espresso shots. So not to fill the cup more than halfway with ice.. he handed me the cup filled to the brim of ice so I had him pour it into a new cup with less ice But that’s what happens when you have one person take the order & a second person make the order. I don’t know if it’s due to lack of proper management, but this stand really needs to get their employees together."
