"The first two times I've been here the milk tea with brown sugar tapioca was perfect! Today was my first time back since they "reopened"... My drink had no ice because they put hot tapioca into an iced drink so I got to enjoy watered down milk and tapioca, plus they didn't use the sealing lids so I could not flip it and mix the tapioca around. Horrible experience. Nothing like a true bubble tea place. I guess I will now be waiting in the long line at the new bubble tea place that opened in town."
