"It was a cold and wet night, as any story might begin. Ducking inside, we shook off the rain, were immediately welcomed and taken to our table. Live music carried through the space and we quickly ordered. Chips of course, and the three sauces had depth of flavor and just enough heat. We went with a standard for us, Carne Asada, and the presentation brought oohs from both of us. The meat was slightly over done for our tastes but nicely prepared. The cactus was slightly sweet, and the roasted yellow pepper was a good bite. Great place to not feel rushed and enjoy a night out."

"There’s Mexican food and there’s excellence in Mexican food. No other place locally and surrounding areas match up to this most exquisite menu, flavors and presentation. These folks were prepared to open an exquisite Mexican Restaurant! I’m from SoCal (best place for Mexican food) and also eaten TexMex and a whole lot of Mexican food else where. This place left a definitive impression on myself and family. My whole family including the picky one who does not prefer Mexican were blown away. And the best part!!!! It’s here in Olympia!!! What a hidden GEM!! Service was excellent. We just ate at Ricardo the week prior which is also an excellent place (though not Mexican), but this is now our first choice!"

"This Resturant is one of my favorite places to bring friends to when I have visitors. Food is always delicious and service was great but today our server was clearly sick. I was torn between feeling really bad for him and also paranoid about him getting us sick since he came in close contact with our food. He was clearly taking great precautions to not contaminate our food or beverages but we saw him go to the back and cough a lot. He was the best waiter we have had while visiting and he obviously wasn’t even having a good day. I hope this isn’t because they are short staffed. We normally wait a lot longer for our food and drink refills. He was a delight but it definitely put a damper on the overall experience."

"Omg yummy!!!! We had a blast here. Waiters were very attentive here and were super sweet the whole night. We tried their Jalapeños Poppers and Elotes appetizers. Jalapeños Poppers were above average but not my absolute favorite. Their Elotes though are something that even weeks later I'm thinking about and craving more. For dinner we had their Ribeye and Wagu steaks. The steaks were amazing and just melt in your mouth. Chef cooked them to our liking just right. If you want a good fancy night out this is the place to go!"

"Great place. Mexican steakhouse in the Olympia Hotel building, right off of Sylvester Park. You need to go into the building, through the lobby, and take a left. They have great food, drinks, atmosphere, and a fun selfy spot!"
