"Hands down Manifesto has been the top coffee shop thus far in my life. Moved to hilltop in 2020 and it was right down the street and I went near daily M-F and Katie and the other baristas were always fantastic and made a top notch latte. This is a coffee shop for people who love coffee for what it is, and its inherent flavor. This is not the place to find a sugary Starbucks replica - it’s the kind of place that serves an absolutely magnificent latte or cappuccino, and other no frills options. Their in-house roasted coffee beans are high quality and the flavor unmatched. We moved out of state over a year ago and I still order their coffee beans in a 3lb bag every couple months. I don’t see that ending any time soon. I hope they never go out of business because I would actually cry over it. Manifesto - don’t ever change!"

"I was in town and this place popped up when I was searching for my early morning coffee. I arrived fairly early and there was just one more customer in the shop. They didn’t have a lot of food options though. What I ordered - Oat Cappucino What I’ll takeaway - The coffee was strong and crisp. I really enjoyed it."

"This is a cute coffee shop that makes a fantastic cappuccino. Their baristas are incredible and their baked goods (very few options daily) are delicious. They have pre-made sandwiches and wraps (when I went, one was vegan!) available for purchase. There are a lot of tables to sit at, many of which are the perfect layout for laptop work. I will be returning!"

"Absolutely delicious hazelnut latte. Just the right amount of sweetness and the coffee taste came through perfectly and was so smooth. Super friendly staff that made us feel at home. Really nice big windows and beautiful place to stay awhile. Went on a weekend late morning and it wasn't very busy. A few tables to choose from."
