"They accept walk ins. Possibly a 2 hour wait depending on what you're having done. Best to go first thing in the morning. If they're keeping your vehicle they do have a temporary to use."

I had the pleasure of working with Vanessa a service representative. The moment I started to explain details on 'issues' I was having, Vanessa used her knowledge and customer service skills to explain to the mechanics what I had related to her. She set up a plan that included diagnostics as well as repair status. Followed thru with repair plan as well as accurate complete estimate for all work done. She and the mechanics went an "extra step' when they had to order a part from a location with delivery services on strike. Not sure how but, they still got the part in record time.
