"#1) Terrible customer service by both the red headed guy with the hat and glasses as well as the dark haired guy with the black jacket that were both sitting in front of their computers when me and my friend walked in. 2) The red headed guy decided to make a rude smart mouth remark towards my friend who was trying to ask for help in regards to my 2010 Subaru Forester. He asked if they were able to come out and assist or check if the car was a turbo or not in which both avoided wanting to get up in any way. 3) Both gentlemen assumed my car was not legit bc they questioned and made a smart remark about my VIN not matching my license plate. At the end of the day, autozone right up the street not only came through for us and our situation but they were super respectful. The gentleman that helped me not only took the time to call three places for help but explained everything that was needed. I would never go back to O’reilys Eastlake"

"Customer services was good. Really nice people. They4 stars because they told me that the part that I ordered arrives at 5:30 but never arrives, so I have to go all the way to Issaquah location 15 min away, to pick up the part. What I really liked about the store that they accept they mistake and apologized. Is like I don't see that type of people so often."
