"On this occasion, I was looking for a replacement bulb for my HID lights on an older Mercedes. The asst. manager at this location wasn't very helpful, only to say he didn't carry a replacement, and was that all I needed, then disappeared back into the store. I ended up at the Factoria O'Reilly just to see if another store could give me a little more guidance on what to buy. The asset. manager there was way more helpful, and although he didn't have a replacement for me either, he took the time to look up what I might need and sent me to home with a few screenshots of the correct connections to look for. 5 ⭐️'s for the Factoria store, I found exactly what I needed! Factoria will be my new go-to store for auto parts! Thanks for the excellent customer service!"
