"I love this Goodwill. Always stop when we come through Sandy. Stopped this morning. I had a pair of Jeans I wanted to try on and one of the girls told me their fitting rooms are only open from 12-6. This was 10am. I thought she was kidding. If their open so should the fitting rooms be. I put the jeans back and left. There was another lady doing the same. This policy makes no sense and is loosing them money"

"Were here on 9th of December 2023. Absolutely unacceptable behavior of the staff, they closed the store in advance, although there were still 15 minutes before closing, before 8pm (i attached photo as well)!!! They were impolite and almost kicked me out of the store with my child who was actually almost crying, I don’t recommend it and I won’t visit again, I would really like to talk to the manager of this particular establishment about certain employees!! I have really popular page on Instagram where I will describe in all details my experience visiting this store! Thanks! Never again!!"

"Hands down one of the best Goodwill's I've ever been in! I'm from NC. The Goodwill's in Oregon are definitely higher priced, however the quality of the selection is well worth it!"

"It's very frustrating that they don't have enough people to staff the dressing rooms, and so rather then hiring more people they just close the rooms entirely. I bought a sweatshirt that I wasn't able to try on, and after learning it didn't fit, unable to return because of a lost receipt. I get it, the lost receipt was my fault. But store credit would have been the better way to handle it rather then a blanket no considering the closed rooms was their fault."
