"The Monday of last week, I came in to buy myself a set of brake pads. Coming inside, I talk to the guy at the front, the dude was really helpful and understanding. I told him I needed a set of brake pads for my car and, after telling him the info of my car, he right away founded a match for me. It was a pretty slow Monday so, I didn’t need to wait in a line, which I’m glad about. Granted I stopped by early in the morning. After he found my match, he told me that I needed to wait an hour since, my set will be a delivery. No problem, I left the shop, came back an hour later and my set arrived. No fuss either, just needed to tell him my phone number and I got my set after that."
