"My oxygen unit quit working on Saturday. All Norco stores are closed on Saturday. I had to go to on-call to my home unit in Meridian Idaho and The Dalles, Oregon. I am on oxygen day and night. I want to commend Fred from the Dalles Store, Spencer and Alex from Meridian Store for great service. Fred came into the store, fixed me up and sent me on my way. Above and beyond service from all three. Thank you all so much. When traveling, it's good to know Norco is there for you."
