"Shorted my turnover . Went through drivethur. Did not discover till I was 5miles away at home. I understand we are all humans and make mistakes. But this happens more especially thur drive thru."

It was only one slice but with that I won’t come back also. This location has issues with giving the correct orders. My coworkers have complained as well we work next to this location and have seen a big decline in service."

"Very mediocre experience! I ordered the beef and cheddar sandwich combo. The sandwich showed absolutely no pride in construction. When i unwrapped the sandwich, literally 3/4 of the meat was not on the bun but slopped to the side and wrapped. I had to put the meat back into the bun, but this made the bun soggy. Over half my fries measured less than 1/2 inch in length. Never again!"

"To be honest I haven't been to Arby's in a long time. I found much of their menu a tad boring and lacking breadth of options. I decided to try it again the other day to refresh my memory and wasn't disappointed. I paid about 12 dollars for my sandwich meal. The drink was done correctly when I asked for light ice. The fries were as you see them in the picture with the carton only half full (and yes I checked the bag for the fries fallen from grace and there was only one). The sandwich was underwhelming on flavor and texture. I got the Philly Steak and Cheese. The flavor was bland, the meat not plentiful and the bread not toasted. Their service was fast and the had not complaints in that department. I might come back to try one of their original sandwiches but this visit was a letdown."
