"The food and service are good, the only thing is the store is not very clean, there's food on the floor everywhere and drink stations full of garbage and sticky. It's not a rush hour and barely any customers."

"While the food is decent, the service was terrible and the cleanliness is terrifying! The floor was filthy, garbage cans overflowing, counters filthy, it was disgusting. The workers didn’t seem to care at all that they themselves were working in such filth. We will not return."

"This was my first time, so maybe the next experience will be better. The food tasted great. I don't think I would order a burrito shell again, though. It was a little chewy, and there was a lot of it! The downside was a server came to clean tables and sprayed a high-powered stream of cleaner about 2 ft away from us. It was so strong, we couldn't help but inhale it and taste it. It ruined the last half of our meal. We weren't the only customers that asked her not to spray it next to them. She just said, "That's what I am supposed to do." I think someone should train their employees that the cleaner goes on the rags and not sprayed all over the place while people are trying to eat! I would try a different Chipotle, now that I have tried it once. Probably order and take home, as the atmosphere inside isn't something you'd miss."

"This place was nasty. From the garbage overflowing to the floor being covered in trash, the bathrooms being nearly hazardous, the counters were food was prepared, the checkout stand having food all over and the employees with little to no respect. I asked an employee that was using the register with gloves she had worn to prepare my food and check out a previous customer if the screen was disinfected and she clapped back in a snarky manner with “it’s wiped when I clean and I didn’t prepare your food with dirty gloves” we weren’t trying to be mean however they were defensive and inconsiderate of the point being made. One employee was wiping down the counters and simply swiping the food on the floor. Not just this but the chips were stale and the food was cold."

"They skimp on the portions at this location. One portion of their chicken and guac is half a spoonful here and they gave me attitude when I asked for more meat and then charged me for double meat when at every other location I’ve been to, that was considered a regular portion. The pico de gallo didn’t have any onions or cilantro in it just diced tomatoes. The cashier had an attitude and was putting on lipgloss and overall just super unsanitary in this building. Never coming back here. The two cooks on the makeline had their phones and headphones on and were touching them with their gloves and then going back to frying the chips and making the fajita veggies. I came here Tuesday sept 5 2023 at 230pm An employee on their break left the napkins on the counter in the last pic. This store needs to be shut down for violating food safety"
