"The Avocado was cut so thin on my sandwich, I couldn't even taste it"
"Awesome little dive bar with a pool table. Usually a quieter atmosphere and more laid back."
"I wouldn’t recommend this place to anybody. The bartender was rude, the customers were rude, and the atmosphere was very unsettling. Thursday night two friends and I stopped in here to grab a quick beer before our 7 o’clock movie at the Liberty theatre down the street. The immediate impression we got was that we weren’t welcomed, however we were on a tight schedule so we decided to give it a shot. Upon ordering our beers, the bartender asks to see our ID’s, totally understandable seeing that we had never been there before. After a quick glance at our ID’s, the bartender tells us she needs to “run these next door” in very accusatory tone. Although this was already kind of a weird interaction, I didn’t think much of it and was expecting her to return promptly to take our orders. We sat there waiting for 10 minutes for her to return with our ID’s (thinking back I shouldn’t have let my ID out of sight, not sure about the legality of that). At that point we were going to have to just leave anyway because our movie was starting at 7 and it was already 6:55 or so. She walks back into the bar and without acknowledging us at all, she says to the other bar patrons “yeah these are fake, but we’re not allowed to confiscate them anymore”. This woman very obviously did not scan these ID’s because if she had she would see they are all totally valid ID’s. The bartender and patrons then turned very hostile towards my friends and I and essentially kicked us out of the bar. As a 25 year old man, with my two 24 year old friends, we were deeply offended and confused by this entire situation. I’m now concerned that she possibly made copies in an attempt to maybe steal our identities? Not sure exactly what, but it seemed something suspicious was going on. Definitely never going back to this place, and I would warn anybody who finds themselves in this situation to not let her walk away with your ID’s."
"The bartenders here are amazing. Love the small town vibe and cheers atmosphere where everyone knows eachother"
"This is a fun little dive bar. My only criticism is that the happy hour is a little chintzy. 50 cents off a drink? You're better than that, Mill Corner!!!"
