"I love chick fil a I do. But I also think if they mess up an order they should at least offer an apology. Went through the drive thru ordered a chicken sandwich meal add Cheddar cheese. Said no pickles. Get my order start driving 8 minutes away and it had pickles. I can not do pickles. I’m almost 5 months pregnant so imagine I felt. Had to take my dog to an appointment couldn’t turn around. After appointment went back to have them replace my chicken sandwich all the employees looked at me like confused. Anyway after waiting about 5-6minutes I get my chicken sandwich no apology nothing . Matter of fact not even a napkin. Kind of leave a bad taste in your mouth after that if you know what I mean."

"Great customer service great food that’s fresh and quality. Only bad thing that they are closed on Sunday but I’m okay with that. The restaurant was very busy but still managed to get my order out fast. I had a chicken deluxe sandwich and soup. The soup fills me up more than fries that can feel empty after eating."

"I’ve never ever had a bad experience here. The food is always fresh, prepared, and always ready when I get to the drive up window. There’s only been a couple times I’ve had to park and wait. The employees are always very friendly and on top of things too, which I appreciate. Line is always long but moves so fast so it’s not a problem and always worth it!"
