"It was an excellent experience from entering the restaurant to our exit. Everyone was friendly and welcoming! Martin was a fantastic host. He is knowledgeable and professional. He made drinks and food recommendations that we appreciated and answered all our questions thoroughly without hesitation. The food was delicious and well-presented. We will be back!"
"Bath room is out side or restaurant a about hundred feet it a nice rest room. It takes a while to get food so don't go hungry but the food is delicious. They pepair food at your table which is fun to wach. They have a lounge at restaurant well stalked.Neet thing out side restaurant inside the building there a small liquor store with nice selection of alcohols and whines."
"Overall, it's a really great steak house, but for what you pay, you kinda expect everything to be top notch. One of our sides was pretty under cooked, and the bananas foster was just OK. The El Gaucho private label wine was really good though, and our steaks were great. The atmosphere and location are wonderful."
"We went for a birthday/anniversary combo! Everything from beginning to end was absolutely phenomenal!!! I've been to the location in portland and now Vancouver and this location reallllly takes the cake. The environment is beautiful, the staff is incredibly helpful and friendly without being too much. Since I recently had gastric sleeve I did not order a whole entree, I stuck with the steak tartar as my entree and is was AMAZING. I was very skeptical about trying this but ultimately decided to just do it and I was amazing. The flavors of the shallots, capers, and herbs all together with such a quality beef was amazing and the egg you'd atop added such a nice creamy consistency!! Phenomenal! For dinner he got the A5 Miyazaki Wagyu and let me tell you. It was worth every penny!! People say how this is a melt.in your mouth steak, and I didn't believe them. Now I do. This steak literally melted like butter in the mouth. So soft, so juicy and incredibly flavorful!!!! As sides we got the Mac and cheese (this was out least favorite thing from the whole dinner bit still amazing!!) And the Brussel sprouts, holy damn, they were sooooooooooooooo good. All in all I HIGHLY recommend El Gaucho and we will definitely be back!"
"Overall, a great experience. The steak and the seafood was phenomenal. Salads and bread were delightful. The chicken however was a bit dry. Maybe just a one off miss step, but I've had better chicken. Service was top notch and the atmosphere was unique and inviting. El Gaucho is on the higher end of restaurants, so expect to pay higher prices for what you're getting."
