"Love this Thai cart! The ladies who own/run it are lovely, and you can't go wrong with anything on the menu. Stand-outs are the pad see ew, panang and pumpkin curries, papaya salad, and stir-fried eggplant. I love spice and usually default to medium at Thai restaurants, and their medium hits it right on the mark. Great chili oil too!"

"Had to run an errand downtown before the lunch hour and stopped by a newish food truck. I was trying to decide if I wanted Woon Sen (glass noodles) or Pad Thai and the lady kindly asked me if I sort of wanted both and explained that glass noodle Pad Thai was actually her favorite. Say what? Yeah...yeah let's do that. It comes with either a spring roll or pot sticker and the pot stickers were the perfect crispy outer texture (fried, technically). You can definitely taste the tamarind in the noodles at this cart, which is a big standard plus for me. Their medium spicy might be a bit more spicy than some medium levels, so that might be of note for some people. And, of course, the only problem with a good Thai iced coffee is that you can easily drink it in one drink if you let yourself. Really cool little spot that you might want to check out sometime."
