"Have to call out what a phenomenal experience we had at this Wendy's today. The team we interacted with around 5pm today was just awesome. Funny, energetic, genuinely engaged with us as customers and some of the best service I've had in the past couple of years. The food was also fresh, hot, quickly delivered and a great value. Great job to Andrea who brings a refreshing, genuinely great experience to a tough, fast paced environment. She's got great leadership potential!"

"Went inside to beat the line at the drive through and the store manager (purple shirt) proceeds to have a 5 minute conversation with another customer. Another employee asked if I'd been helped yet and I said no, politely explained I was trying to beat the line and sat for another minute. Fast food? Not really."

"The quality is amazing, but they somehow manage to completely screw up our order every time. They always give us something completely different from what we pay for. The receipt will even be correct, but everything inside is wrong. We're always too nice to say something. Luckily, the food tastes very good, so I can never complain too much because in the end, I still got food. Anyway, this will unfortunately be our last attempt to order from here"
