"Went there for the game. Not usually my thing, but I have to say I felt very welcome. We had a wonderful waiter, Van.and there's a wonderful manager there, Melissa. Really impressed we will be back."
"It's B-Dubs, you know what you're getting. The wings are a little on the smaller side, but the sauces are really good, and they're reliable. Also, in the past few years, they've expanded and refined their menu, so you can also expect very good bar/ pub style food. Since this is a chain and at the mercy of corporate, there is only one thing that can really distinguish one location from another; the staff. This is where the Hazel Dell B-Dubs shines! The only thing that stops me from visiting more often are the rising costs."
"Came here with family, which is about the only time I'll go to BWW... not faulting them for my issues with sensory overload. Food was good, atmosphere was busy, service was great. Fried pickles are some of the best around!"
"Went during the afternoon happy hour. There was a female bartender that couldn't care less about the customers. We sat at the bar and she walked past us several times, noticeably avoiding eye contact before I finally asked for a menu. It wasn't even busy. She only provided the HH menu so I had to ask for the food menu again. She never came back to take our order. Finally, another bartender arrived, thankfully he was more attentive but he did cough all over his hands and drinks that he poured the rest of the time we were there. The only food that I actually enjoyed was the onion rings. We ordered traditional wings with a dry- rub seasoning but it looked like the wings were over fried, they were so dry and stale tasting. You can just tell by looking at the photos. They didn't really toss the wings into the seasoning, more like they just dumped some seasoning on it and called it a day. French fries were stale too."
