The owner, Ellen, her vendor, Julia and Ellen’s sweet husband, were like meeting new friends and feeling like you’ve known them forever! The store is immaculate and so well organized! We had a great time… we got the grand tour, bought some wonderful treasures, laughed and simply relished in the entire experience. "A hidden treasure!! My lady and I were just driving through town on a day trip from the city when we spotted Mother’s vintage. We pulled in before noticing the Closed sign on the door, but as we were getting ready to head away Ellen, the shop’s owner, spotted us and invited us in anyway! She gave us a whole tour and explained all of her various collections, then gave us some time to look around on her own. The shop has everything you could be hunting for in vintage- from decorations and table wear to shoes, dresses, suits jackets shirts, art, jewelry, you name it! My girlfriend found the boots of her dreams plus a great genuine leather jacket. I came away with a beautiful ring, though I was also so tempted by a whole selection of great vintage suits and jackets that fit me so well. Ellen gave us great deals on our finds, shared stories and great conversation. Can’t recommend her shop highly enough, it was our favorite part of the day!
