"What part of “Dry Cheeseburger: NOTHING ON IT, meat and cheese ONLY!” Is hard to understand? I’ve ordered from their drive-thru twice and ordered it the same way both times. The 1st time they gave me ketchup/mustard/pickles and the second time was just ketchup. The second time was pickles and mustard. Guess who’s 12 year old doesn’t like anything on her cheeseburger? Wendy’s gets it right about 80% of the time. McDonald’s is 50/50 but I never leave their drive-thru without checking, and they will remake it in about 2 minutes. Burgerville is good 3-4 times in a row, and then adds Spread and Ketchup. In-N-Out has NEVER gotten it wrong, and I have heard they are going to open a restaurant in Salmon Creek. They will crush the other burger joints, at half the price of Burgerville. BK did give me a refund for the two cheeseburgers. That’s the only reason I gave them more one Star."
