"The place was clean and comfortable. Coffee and snacks were available. Unfortunately, when I made the appointment for service I was told specifically that my 2017 Chevrolet Volt would have any necessary computer programs updated, and any updates was included in the service package I ordered. However, when I checked my vehicle in for service, they told me that they would not/not check or update the computer system and I would need to schedule a separate appointment for that (which would be an extra charge of just under 200 dollars) I feel my appointment for service was misrepresented, and I could have had the basic oil change done at my local garage for less than half the price I paid. I will not return."

"Safety Issue: Date of service - January 27, 2024 Took our 2019 GMC Sierra in for service for the following issues: 1. Our interior Climate Control Panel had two buttons that would no longer light up when the truck was on. The A/C (air conditioning) and the Defrost control buttons would no longer illuminate yet all the other control buttons were lit. 2. Needed an oil change. The service department had the truck for 2 days, oil change was completed. Technician ran a diagnostic but found no error codes or bulletins pertaining to the 2 buttons that wouldn’t light up. All the other buttons on the Climate Control System would light up when the truck is turned on. The technician then determined that our 2019 module AC & Defrost buttons don’t light up and never did from the factory. The service department then waved the ineffective diagnostic charge that provided no results. Not accepting this explanation we decided to do further research into what was wrong with the non functioning lights for these buttons, we’d already gone through all the possible fuses and found all in good working order. After several hours on YouTube we decided to remove the trim & monitor to access the SL-N-Control panel which we purchased at the same dealership, fortunately it was in stock for $241.75. Once we installed the new control panel all the control buttons were once again illuminated. This was basically a 15 minute job. NOT being able to find that defrost button at night in a dark cabin when you need to defrost your windshield is in fact a SAFETY ISSUE. Then being told that button doesn’t light up is just irresponsible. We have always taken our vehicles to this service department, but our confidence is shaken that this department cannot trouble shoot an issue without a previous factory bulletin or error code. All service departments are relying too much on computer code driven diagnostics. We are hoping to continue to use this service department, we’ve been customers for more than 6 years, I just hope they’ll continue to do better in the future."

"Photo and tldr at the bottom. I brought my truck in because my drivers side window electric motor seemed to be broken and my window wasn’t going up or down. I also mentioned that my check engine light had come on for a day and then went away. My thought was “fix the window, and go ahead and check things out.” Better safe than sorry, right? I got exactly one text (this parts important) the next day showing they found thousands of dollars worth of things wrong. I had no idea, but I wanted my truck to be fixed so I agreed to get everything repaired. I was told it would be ready about four days later. That was the last text I got…for three weeks. I had no idea what was wrong with my truck and I called about every other day. Getting them to answer my questions was like pulling teeth. Then they found another problem, my axle, and I had to wait another week for them to order that part. Again, no communication, I had to hound them to get any idea what was going on. The worst part? My window is not fixed, and my truck engine light came on and started making horrible noises AS I WAS LEAVING THE DEALERSHIP. Refer to the picture. I don’t know how any intelligent person thought that was an acceptable way to install a manual window roller. They didn’t remove or move the electronic window buttons, so the roller can’t even turn. I can roll my window down about four inches. That’s it. When I drive, my engine makes a high pitched clicking noise and occasionally sounds like heavy rocks are banging together. As previously stated my engine light came on immediately upon leaving the dealership. I don’t have the money to take this truck to get repaired again, I’ve already spent thousands of dollars for them to completely ruin my truck. TLDR: thousands of dollars I may as well have lit on fire. I had to fight to get them to communicate with me, my engine is way worse than it was, and they didn’t even fix my window."

"Own a Chevy Colorado Diesel 2.8 Duramax. Got my oil changed here, service manager was nice but mechanic was where the ball was dropped. Lots of oil spilled in my engine bay. Not hard to tie a shop rag around oil filter base prior to pulling filter. Now I get to wipe the excess off the plastic components. Thanks hassle wood"
