"On August 27th 2023, I was making a road trip from Seattle to Portland. I decided to make a pit stop at this KFC and purchased a three piece chicken meal. I checked my box and there were only two pieces of chicken. I went back inside the store to get a refund, and the employees working there are absolutely unprofessional. I hear the employees laughing at me because I was frustrated. I think it's time for new management. I will not be coming back to this location."
"Almost every time I go through and get a large potato and gravy, not even half if the container is full. I live 45 minutes away and never notice until I'm home. Starting to get tired of it. Good food, prices are a tad high but everything is anymore. Just would like to receive what I paid for. The amount I get could literally fill a personal sized container. Not going to call and complain because people do that to get free food ..just want it done right the first time."
