"Unusual situation where I purchased a pair of shoes from the Ridgefield WA Ilani resort located that were mislabeled from the factory (inside shoes had size 6 label, but one shoe was actually a size 5 stamped on bottom of shoe and clearly shorter). Not the stores fault but the manufacturer however the employee (Judith) was extremely rude when I came to exchange them and explain what happened. We already had called earlier to get another pair on hold from a different associate. We drove all the way back from Seattle to get the right pair - no apologizes and seemed like I was inconveniencing her time. She very extremely unhelpful, unprofessional, and disgruntled. Lots of huffing and puffing. She brought out 1 pair that was clearly stained and then proceeded to dump out 3 pairs in front of me and made me look through them myself. She could have helped to make the process smoother especially since it was not the customers fault at all. Never shopping here again and this associate should be trained in customer service. There was a younger lady with long brown/black hair there that was extremely nice."
