Burger King 5252 Capitol Boulevard South, Tumwater, WA 98501

"I haven't had my food handed to me through the drive through window in years. There is no reason I should have to pull forward for an order of 6 cheese burgers. This is a clown show."

"This location has extremely poor customer service. They never have any food prepared you always have to wait. I can't count the number of times I've been there and they give some lame excuse as to why they're open but not actually serving food. I don't know how this location makes any money. They've told us that they had over a 100 dollar online order and so they weren't running the drive through. They've said they can't accept card payments multiple times. For the longest time they didn't serve breakfast at all. They usually close early. Not to mention poor parking and drive through. Unfortunately this is the nearest location and my son loves their nuggets. They always have an excuse as to why they can't do their job."

"Just tried to order a meal at the counter at this Burger King and was informed they don’t take cash for payment. Apparently they only accept cash at the drive up window. I came in on the bus from Olympia—no car. I’m now on the bus headed for a different Burger King."

"I just went through the drive through at 120pm 12.18.23 and asked for a Texas whopper with no cheese and tomato. I am pretty sure I heard her say, no cheese and tomato when she said my order over the speaker. I then told her again that I wanted no cheese. She then had to correct the order. Then I waited a good while, to only get my meal with dam cheese in it. What the do I need to say next I stop by? Oh, I figured I had to wait for the fries to get cooked, nope they were cold......."

"When you can get food it is decent for fast food. However, the past 4 times I have been there they are closed despite lights and signs all lit up. Tonight I made the point of getting there before 9. Drive-thru blocked off yet again. Too bad I can't upload the video that also shows the time."
