"i went for an online pick up order on february 17th at around 3:12pm and the man was rude to me he argued with me about how to say my own name not professional at all and i was nothing but nice. not the first time i’ve encountered rude employees at this location."

"They don't take responsibility for mistakes. I asked for 3 dishes and only got 2. After paying the lady said she didn't hear me and denied I asked for 3. When I asked if we could correct it, she didn't acknowledge me, apologize and didn't even make eye contact. If a person can't give you basic respect after trying to be polite and respectful to them, then don't engage with them. She's an adult and but acts like a kid. Hope she can get it together one day."

"It's a Panda Express in a mall so you know what you're getting, but mostly I wanted to give a shout out to Kelsey who I've seen working the lunch rush solo on multiple occasions. She's always super positive and friendly and does a great job juggling customers, the register and mobile orders."

"Not a bad location at all. Wendy and The Manager on duty had great customer service. Unfortunately my orange chicken was a little over cooked but the manager did offer a different entree. I would definitely go to this location again."

"The service was AWFUL! The lady working was Zinnia and she was extremely rude to us. We were greeted by “we close in 5 minutes what do you want!” We ordered very quickly, whole thing took maybe 2 minutes and she had a raised voice the whole entire time while she was also throwing the metal utensils around. We were being so polite and understanding, didn’t back talk or anything. We understood that they were closing soon but dang, chill out. I enjoy Panda Express and don’t really enjoy having a grumpy lady hand me my food. Also we said thank you have a good night when we left and she said nothing and proceeded to hulk apart a bag of plate containers. Was an experience! 0/10 don’t recommend if this lady is working."
