"We rented a wheelchair from Norco for my 92-year-old mother's three-day visit from out of state. It was a good experience, start to finish. When I walked in the store, someone helped me right away, answered my questions, and provided a brand new wheelchair for us to use. The cost was reasonable. The chair was comfortable for my mom and relatively easy to get in and out of my car. The rental and return process were quick and easy. Will definitely use Norco again if we need other medical equipment."

"My husband had several strokes, I bought a tub chair from there. Never told that it's not one fits all, and no returns, . When I went in to return it the woman told me no returns it's stated on the receipt and treated me like I was trash. Told me to donate it, didn't even offer to exchange it for one that would work. I will never go there for anything ever! She was so rude, and I didn't deserve to be treated the way she treated me."

"What a SCAM! My husband needed a walker and a cane for post knee replacement surgery. I found both items on Amazon very reasonably priced. His ortho doc put an order with Norco for the medical equipment. I called Norco and was advised they are getting it approved thru our insurance. I told them I would buy on Amazon unless our insurance covered it in full. I got a call it was approved by insurance and was ready for pickup. I asked again if there was any out of pocket expense to me and was told the insurance approved it. Now, a month later I get a bill for the ‘deductible’. Our out of pocket cost is $40 MORE than the full purchase price on Amazon for an identical walker and similar cane. What an absolute SCAM!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I will NEVER do business with Norco again!!!!"
