"I will start from the beginning, several years ago our heat pump was acting up. We called 2 other local companies and both said it was the reverse valve (expensive repair) and tried to sell us new systems. I wanted a third opinion so I called Black Hills. The technician said its actually our compressor and that our compressor was still under warranty. After that, I only trusted Black Hills. About a week ago, Black Hills was out here to do their yearly maintenance (we have the maintenance plan), and after that things with our system started acting up. I was nervous and debated about sticking with a maintenance plan after that. But Travis (manager) called me first thing Monday morning and was very nice and quickly eased my anxiety and had a technician here to fix everything. Travis’ customer service was outstanding. I would also like to shout out Fred and Nathan. Very nice honest technicians. I'm glad to know that when things happen Black Hills is quick to follow up and to fix things. Definitely recommend Black Hills if you want an honest company that isn't just trying to sell you a new unit or take advantage of their customers. Thank you Black Hills!"

"On time, courteous, and respectful. Cody and Junior did a fantastic job. Was an all day job today in Lakewood, replacing electric furnace with gas furnace. There were two other technicians but I didn’t get their names. All were cool guys and were very thorough explaining the whole installation process, and using the new system. I’d totally recommend Black Hills Inc. to anyone in need of HVAC services. Heat is back on and the wife, baby, and our german shepherd Judas are all warm and cozy again.
