"Take your vehicle elsewhere! Horrible customer service in the service department! This winter it took me 2 months to get an appointment for a checkup/oil change. In June I called to try to get an appointment because my car was inoperable. They didn't care and scheduled me for 2 months out. I called several times to speak to someone about this and was told I had to talk to my service advisor, Taylor, who was never available. I left messages, but never heard back. Starting several weeks ago I tried to cancel the appointment. I have called, texted, & emailed Taylor to cancel. I am still getting reminders for the appointment. No wonder they claim to be booked up months in advance if they don't cancel appointments they should."
