"The service was exceptionally slow and the food did not at all live up to the McDonald's standard I remember from the past. The fish sandwich was tasteless with little to no tartar sauce on it. The fries which my wife and I normally love were also tasteless with little to no salt or flavor of any kind. My wife got a Big Mac and the meat was a waste of space which was falling apart instead of juicy and delicious. A big fat F for this franchise. We will not be back."

"This location is the worst! The wait time is often off the charts and the orders are made incorrectly 99% of the time. When you point out that your order is incorrect, they refuse to fix it. Making matters worse, you are required to sit at the window and watch the employee (there is only ever one) make everyone else’s orders before yours despite the fact that you watched them walk into the store well after you placed your order. Recently, I sent them an order through Door Dash and they made my driver wait an entire hour and when I asked Door Dash to find out where my order was, this location lied and told them that “they just received my order” despite me presenting proof that this was a lie. When my food arrived it was so cold that I could not eat it. NEVER GO HERE OR ORDER FOOD FROM THEM!"

"I live right next to the McDonald's on Harrison, but we fight traffic to go to the one on Cooperpoint. That says a lot for someone to say that they go out of their way, risking their food being cool by the time they get home. Juicer burgers, hot flavorful French fries, they check the order before they hand it out, the employees seem like they enjoy their jobs. Never in two years have we been disappointed."

"Customer service was great to drive through. The order took about four or five minutes longer than usual, But when it was handed to us at the window , it was exceptionally fresh and delicious."
