Sushi House

"This place is good but not great. The sushi rolls were too big! Had to break in half, which is difficult for sushi. Would be better if they made smaller rolls so they're easier to pop in your mouth. Lacking in flavor as well. not sure if the freshness? just a lackluster experience. The presentation was good. service was good. The prices were a little higher than other sushi bars in town. Calamari was excellent!"

"Out of all the sushi options in Olympia, I think Sushi House is the best. Good place for a date night, or weeknight meal with the family. We ordered the miso soup with California roll and dragon roll. Everything was delicious. We also got to check out this burning duck dish across the restaurant that sounded really good for next time. My kid got a kick out of the spectacle of it. Service was attentive and unobtrusive. Warm, friendly. Decor isn't overly trendy, but it didn't feel dated either. They were welcoming to my kid. Parking was plentiful. Accessible too."

"If you know sushi, you get an idea pretty quick how a place measures up. The Sushi House has been around long enough for regulars to rub shoulders with new comers, like we are. Friendly helpful staff, not rushed, and the fun names of dishes add to the enjoyment. We settled on our usual orders-Salmon roll, which was so tasty, and the tuna roll, which was huge and delicious. No longer new comers, we’ll be back"

"Excellent service and food here. Atmosphere is great, with wide open space, ample room at the sushi bar, lots of natural light. Food is really top quality. Very good value for the price here. Will definitely treat this as a goto option."

"The food was yummy and delicious. It looked like an average resto but the food turned out to be amazing. Overall taste was good and the ingredients seemed really fresh. We ordered veg spring roll, chicken yakisoba, bento #1, yasahi maki roll, tempura. The quantity of dishes was good amount and presentation was neat as well. Had a great experience. Will go back again if in this area. Highly recommended."
