"When we got home with our food, we discovered the buns of our breakfast sandwiches had mold on them. I called to let the restaurant know so they don't serve anyone else moldy bread. The man that answered the phone said " uh uh sorry " then hung up on me. We won't be going there ever again."

"No dine-in option for over 3 years now. Most of the lights were turned off at 7:30 pm, so it was difficult to determine if it was still open. Gentleman at the window was patient, polite, and got our large order exactly right. There was a young woman employee, petite, dark hair, with a headset on, who was screaming, repeatedly cursing (F-bomb central), and saying very rude and demeaning things to the cook staff. She was so loud and obnoxious we could hear her plain as day with the drive-thru window shut. This type of behavior, regardless of who it was directed towards, is absolutely unacceptable. I would have recorded her disgusting tirade had I not been so horrified at how inappropriate she was treating the staff. As a former fast food worker and supervisor (DQ for 6 years), this girl would have been tossed out with the trash in a heartbeat if she was on my watch. There is no excuse for this behavior, and I hope it is addressed immediately, and she's no longer able to treat your staff that way ever again. We will not be returning to this location. "Typical J.I.B food, but hot, cheaper than other "fast food" places nearby ($6 for 2 croissants), nice staff. A little long on order prep and delivery time but worth the wait for quality of product, especially the taste. Would go here again."

"Good food, good customer service, the storefront has been cleaned up I'm adding new photos so you can see that they also have locked the ladder to the roof which is good it was unlocked in the past the store is also Under New Management so it should be getting better and better I'm sure that's the plan I spoke to the manager and she assures me it's going to be good they're going to open up the lobby soon! Yay!"

"I was passing through The Dalles and we decided to stop here for some lunch. As we get back on the freeway my daughter bites into her burger and notices an odd taste. She looks down and see mold on her bread! My burger also had mold. We did return the food and received a full refund. The staff was very nice and apologetic but the assistant manger did mention that sometimes when they get bread deliveries, they notice mold on some of the bread. Double check your burger before you eat it!"
