"I go here for lunch a couple times a week because it's really close to my work, and I usually have good experiences here. But sadly today was an odd and disappointing one. I ordered two plain cheeseburgers (aka just the patty and cheese) through the drive thru. Took a bite from one of them and they were not plain. That's okay, I went back to the store and explained the situation and they gave me two new plain cheeseburgers. I leave, take a bite out of one and nope. Not plain. Just two normal regular cheeseburgers again, the same thing I got the first time. The same thing I just returned. This is a really odd experience and it leaves me wondering if the staff on duty knows what "plain" means. Really disappointed."

"Terrible service. Nobody at the window for almost 5 minutes. When a person finally showed up, he didnt say anything and just gave me my orders thats been just sitting there on the counter.
