"The install was fairly quick- about three hours. I had my own hitch but the website doesn't seem to allow a person to book an install without buying U-Haul products. After making the appointment to install wiring, I called U-Haul and explained I want to pay to have my hitch installed. They changed the appointment to a hitch install and told me to just let the store staff know I also want the wiring installed. When I got to the store, the desk staff seemed frustrated I didn't include the wiring in the appointment. I explained the phone call but that had no effect. Then said they'd install the wiring harness if they had one, which made sense. They also had the most difficult time understanding I already had the hitch sitting in the back of the car. I had to explain that a few times. Paying not quite $700, they wouldn't provide a warranty for the wiring harness I did buy from them. Still, it looks installed properly and no damage noted."
