Starbucks

"We are early birds. We realized we were out of coffee so drove to Starbucks to get a fresh bag of beans. I don’t mind waiting a few minutes when a business opens at 530 even if it’s 37 degrees outside. 530 is 530, but what happened after was really disappointing. The clerk unlocks the door, doesn’t say a word or even open it for us as we are clearly standing in front of it. Just unlocks, walks away. When we enter, none of the clerks even acknowledge us. I know it’s 530am, I’m not expecting sunshine and rainbows, but you are in customer service and a simple good morning or holding the door open to welcome in the people patiently waiting outside isn’t asking much. Just bad CS."

"What a nightmare. New drive thru young man didn't know how to let me pay by using stars. Did not know how to add my cash onto my card. He told me to drive around to front entrance n speak to his mngr who "was on a 10 min.bathroom break.". TMI. Torn meniscus n I'm hobbling in n holding up yet another line. 20-25 mins later, Luke warm coffee was Finally given to me. I'm diabetic. I ordered Sugar Free vanilla.3 pumps. Venti. The same young man, added (3) Regular sugar loaded vanilla syrup-pumps. Then added another 3 packets of sugar! I read the print out on my cup when I got sick from sugar overload. I was nauseous, passing out, so tired like drugged. The regional mngr. Refused to return my calls. Yesterday, another corporate woman via text, that she put $25 on my card. Could have killed me. My life is only worth $25 to Starbucks. I hope they go out of business. Reap what you sow Starbucks. No longer a Starbucks fan. We all reap what we sow. The employees there are cranky, anxious( too much caffeine)?! Cantankerous, rude, bossy, snooty. Not a fan. Good Riddance!"

"Met friends for coffee. Good service and drinks, but the store was a sty. Every unused seat, the tables, and area around, were dirty. My wife used the restroom, and said there was dried human waste in and on the toilet. I used the other restroom, and found the same. Very unsatisfactory, and unsanitary. BLAH!!!!!"

"With just one person in line in front I waited a long time to get my Americano. The other day I walked in during my lunch break and left without ordering due to a very slow service. And I say it’s just a few customers in line. Also the place looks abandoned and filthy. And baristas have greasy hair hanging over the face. Terrible hair… kind of ruins appetite. Attached are the photos of a dust at the pick up counter. Took pictures today. I hope this review goes up the line and Starbucks will do something to bring this place up to a standard."

"I enjoyed the earl gray and the delicious Madeleine cakes. The service was great too, with the staff being professional and friendly. It's always nice to stop by here."
