"Awful horrible place. 90 year old drunk bar flies hanging around. A fat and angry ummm woman, I guess you'd call her. Nasty, just plain nasty. Angry fat woman had answered my phone call, and gave me incorrect information. I was ready to just let it go, her smell wouldn't. She doubled down (so now she weighed over 800 lbs) and screeched. It's obvious she hates her life. Most of the Dotty's are rough, this one is inexcusable."

Lady in there just sat there and stared at me same as a person playing video poker. You might want to get your hours of operation under control I spent a lot of money in their ridiculous I won't be going in there for a while"

"On 5/16/2018 at approximately 10pm I pulled up to my local Dottys and told the cashier what I wanted. She seemed confused. I leaned and pointed to the product. She told me "If you step closer your dead" when I gave a confused look she replied "Just saying, your dead". I can not think of any situation where a customer service person should threaten someone's life. The end. I will be following up with the corporate office to see if they agree."
