"As long as we are forced to order at kiosks, I will give these fast food restaurants low marks in customer service. We are an older couple who would prefer the interaction with employees. Taco Bell is now a vast wasteland when you walk in the door. It feels unfriendly."

"We had been there a few days prior and I had asked for no tomatoes on all the orders. The orders came back with lots of tomatoes all over the burritos and the tacos. When we went back to have them replace the meals they were super super nice and the stuff came back perfect this time They even gave us coupons for free tacos on our next visit. I was a bit apprehensive because I couldn't find our receipt but they didn't even ask for the dang thing. Like I said they were super nice and really helpful. We will definitely revisit that particular taco bell in the future"

"Google reviews has taught me that we go out to eat a bunch lol. This Taco Bell almost always gets the order right. We're always there late. Its nice that somewhere is still open late. Thank you Taco Bell and Safeway! The folks working are sweet kids, they get the order right most of the time."
