"Went through this location on Centerpointe Drive today. We had pre-ordered ahead by my app & arrived about 3-4 minutes before it was to be ready, but there is always a line, so figured no big deal, we are patient & can wait! My wife & I were pretty taken a back by the person at the drive thru window. When asked how we can be helped, we told her we had an order for pick up & her response was, "Well..are you sure it was from here? What does your app say? Are you super early or what? Oh, wait...I think I may see it." We have never had a ride person from this location and honestly we're pretty shocked. Overall, we just shrugged it off and will try to just come back, since we are all humans & make mistakes without realizing sometimes! Our food was good...the drinks were ok today, not sure if it must have just been an *Off Day* but ..makes me take a step back!"

I believe it is important to provide constructive feedback so that Starbucks can improve their offerings. Burnt coffee should not be something customers have to endure, especially at a well-established coffee chain like Starbucks. I hope they give more attention to the quality of their products at this particular location to ensure that no customer has to go through a similar disappointing experience. In conclusion, I would caution other coffee aficionados to approach this particular Starbucks location with a bit of skepticism. If you are looking for a reliably good cup of coffee, this may not be the best choice."

"There is literally one gentleman that owns his job here. The rest huddle together and chat and ignore customers. Whilst waiting for my order, I was completely ignored on Sunday. This guy stepped in and had the class and decency to try to make small talk. He got a $2 tip off me for one drink and I hope he did not have to share it. I have also seen them use instant coffee for decaf vs fresh brewed coffee. Word to the wise if you are ordering decaf due to health reasons."
