"Every time I am in this Starbucks I want to cry due to the kindness of the staff. They treat everyone with the same amount of respect whether they are wearing a suit or wearing the same outfit from the last 5 days. I love hearing the conversations staff have with "the least of these." They get excited when the homeless regular finally gets into housing. They bring the blind man's coffee to him and guide him outside so he can wait for his ride, they are kind to the homeless man that stashes his belongings right outside the door so he can quickly get warm. Everytime I sit down for a cup of coffee, I look forward to the kindness the employees show to others. I feel safe here. I get excited to be here. To whomever is managing this Starbucks, you've created a wonderful culture. Keep it up."
"The barista there was super nice to my kids. The store was clean and welcoming to everyone. It’s 105 outside today and they have a water station for anyone who needs it. The whole team deserves a raise. C’mon Howie, make it happen man."
