"I'm sure they're generally nice, but from my recent drive-thru experience, it was unpleasant. We got a few coffees, and they forgot to make one of our lattes. We brought it up to their attention at the window, and the person at the window was nice but the lady who was in charge of making the coffee had a really bad attitude; complaining that it wasn't on the stickers. The person at the window tells the lady to make it as we'd already paid for it, but the lady just had a terrible attitude and ended up giving us a plain coffee instead of a latte. We already drove out when we realized so we couldn't go back and ask for an actual latte."
"One of the very worst Starbucks I have been to. Maybe high turnover is the problem. The faces on the employees were sad sullen and not at all looking like they care at all about anything, especially not me. Lol just sucked all the way around. Drink made with wrong ingredients. Waited about 1100000 minutes for my drink. But life Rips so TYSO."
