"My dryer was leaking water in the drum. Like most dryers nowadays, we have a steam function with a water hose connected to the dryer. Called Bill B & Son Appliance and spoke with Bob. He asked if we use the steam function which we do not. He then suggested I remove the water line going to the dryer and call it good. I removed the Y waterline and ran it straight to the washer. Shop vac'd the drum and double checked that the dryer still functioned correctly, which it did. Problem solved! Thanks Bob, you saved me some cash. Next appliance emergency, I'm calling Bill B and Son."
