"We were staying at Edgefield and didn't feel like eating there after an expensive and extremely disappointing dinner last time so we decided to try Di Pompello. We were very happy with the service from Jennilee. She was attentive and her recommendations were right on. She recommended the Hazelnut crusted Halibut and my husband had the Penne Boscaiola. Both were delicious, fresh, and perfectly cooked. The vegetables that came with my halibut were fresh and crisp and the small greek salad was perfect. The portions were generous so we didn't have room for dessert. The only thing that could be improved is the bread but the overall value is so fantastic the bread was not important."

"Feels like a bit of Italy in the Portland area. It's a good place to stop for dinner after a day in the Columbia River Gorge. I almost always get the Hazelnut halibut with risotto. Really tasty!"

"*** I have some notes *** Your food is so good. The extra free bread is amazing, and that tomato/basil/vinaigrette is to die for. My fiancé has loved your pasta and other dishes. All good things. ***Now for your notes. Your first offense: we ordered 1 "ITALIAN CAKE BIG" and never received it. That was $7.20 so yeah. Giant waste of our money. Your second offense, and it's a big one for me: Y'all are crazy stingy with your salad dressing. We ordered out and I asked for two extra servings of salad dressing. You guys gave me 2 small ramekins that weren't even half-way filled up. It should have been 3 full ramekins. I asked for *two extra* and they weren't even filled half-way? C'mon. This is about to be one dry salad and frankly, I'm not looking forward to it. I know you aren't losing all of your revenue to extra Caesar salad dressing. And you SHOULD comp us for the missing cake. Please be more generous next time. It could be the determining factor if we are thinking of going to a different Italian restaurant."

"We just used this restaurant to cater our wedding! We have been eating here since we moved to Troutdale and the restaurant was recommended to us by our venue! We had an AMAZING pasta buffet that came with bread and salad! It was so delicious and the price was even better! So many guests were raving about it and I’m still hearing about it a week and a half later! We were able to go in for a tasting to pick our options that we wanted for the wedding and were able to pick from gold or silver disposable plates/ silverware. The food was set up when we got into the reception and the buffet attendant took care of every thing else! They even packaged the leftovers at the end of then night for us when they were cleaning up!"
