Starbucks

"Be careful about this Starbucks. They have not been trained on how to ring up reward drinks. I tried to use 150 of my stars to get a free drink...on top of the 150 the barista used she added 25 more stars and charged .44 cents. I didn’t not realized what happened until I left. Starbucks already cost an arm and a leg. I’d appreciate not being ripped off on even more money and reward stars."

"Starbucks located within Safeway grocery store. Overall experience is good with a solid smile from the staff. They were able to smartly adjust to the order and even asked questions to what I didn't think about. Thank you"

"I've had coffee here before, its perfectly fine...but would like to offer a suggestion without really knowing where else to do that. You know what'd be great? Say there's two people working there, like there was today. And the girl at the cash register is currently helping a customer who's being rather chatty...and he wants to fill up his coffee card, isn't sure how much he has to put on it, how exactly to do it, and meanwhile, "hey how about that Seahawk game" etc. They're laughing and chatting and that's great, you have to love that about Starbuck's customer service, but he'd yet to place his order. So the other girl working? Who's been on standby mode next to the espresso machine for the last few minutes, waiting to see what that order will eventually be? It'd have been awesome if she'd asked me what she could get started for me in the meantime. And yeah, it'd have been out of turn, but I'd expect that she'd switch to his drink as soon as she heard it. I don't know...I had to leave without my fix and it was difficult not to be a little frustrated...didn't make much sense to stand there idle like that with people waiting. Maybe she was in training...that's entirely possible, but I hope that this would be protocol for situations like today. Ultimately I suppose it was just a matter of bad luck on my part, being stuck behind this particular customer =P"
