Starbucks

"I just encountered a group of mean girls. When I tried to explain I don't usually do this but my drink is half foam and it was 7 bucks she said "ya well we shake it" I worked at Starbucks for 2 years, I know how this drink is made and it is shaken woth foam held back to make sure you actually get a drink... so when we pulled back up to the window, all 3 girls ignored us, with their backs actually turned away from us. The one batista made the drink wrong again and then just decided to fill it up with milk, then the girl at the window laughed and handed me the drink... I was never rude and I hate asking to have my drink re made. I almost never get starbucks anymore because of how expensive it is and I for sure will not get it from here anymore. I hope the manager sees this and retrains the batista on shaken drinks as well as how to treat customers. I would never have treated someone that way. (Both these photos are before drinking anything out of the cup)"

"When you say something is wrong with your drink they argue. Usually hot drinks they short a lot I come here very often. Ask for lite ice. If you ask for a large hot they give you half of that cup full of coffee when I'm paying 10 for a drink"

"Used to go every day. Then had an absolute HORRIBLE experience and was treated like a worthless individual who didn’t matter. Now my entire family have switched to 6th&Warren. It’s out of the way, but we all love our Starbucks. We calculated how much we as a family spend a month at Kitsap Way Starbucks, and it was shockingly in the thousands. 6th & Warren will now be benefiting from our addiction"

"We had kind of a strange experience this time at Starbucks. While the drinks were tasty, as always, the employee came to us at 5:45 and said that the store was closing in 15 minutes. We were surprised, because the sign out front says 8:00 p.m. so not sure what's going on there."

"Today was my birthday and I wanted to get Starbucks for my whole family so I had a rather large order they got my order 100% correct at the drive-through screen and they asked if I would pull around. When I got up to pay, most of my order was ready so I double checked with the cashier if they still needed me to pull around. He said no because everything was pretty much ready. He was polite and friendly and made light conversation. Then someone (I think it was a manager. It might’ve been someone higher than that) came around with a laptop, and they started berating their employees for making that decision that I support, because not having to pull around was less of a hassle for me, and it was less of a hassle for the employees, because then they are not being removed from their workstation. Frankly, that manager berating her employees right in front of me ruined the experience for me, and I overheard that their ticket time was 3 minutes and in my opinion, with an order that was $69, 3 minutes is an excellent ticket time so I don’t know who that person is but I think they could really brush up on their Professionalism and being reasonable."
