Hot Shotz coffee

"My husband and I both have a severe Lactose intolerance that causes me extreme pain whenever I drink milk and him to bloat. This is the second time I have ordered an almond milk latte and have felt that pain, which leads me to believe that they either didn't change the milk or aren't properly cleaning their equipment. My husdand was also feeling discomfort and agreed that the drink didnt taste like almond milk. I understand being frustrated with picky customers but people have health reasons behind their orders. I will be going to Royal Bean from now on."

"Almost all of thr folks that work here make coffee Great. The veggie burritos are 10/10. But the girl working at 12 p.m on 10/2 is the same girl who seems like she panics when 2 cars are in line. Today, the coffee she made is atrocious. I drank 2 sips and thought I was drinking 3 day old coffee. This only happens when she works. Please train her."

"This is one of the better places to get coffee in Tumwater for a couple reasons. First, they are incredibly quick at making drinks, reducing your wait time once you've paid. Secondly, each and every barista is happy to be there, engaging and friendly. They even have different drink specials almost every day. The only reason I'm not giving 5 stars is because of their prices, specifically the amount of shots offered. While it is not unreasonable, I get a 20oz mocha and receive 2 shots, there are many other stands that you can get 3 shots at for the same price range. Some days I definitely need that third shot! Overall, amazing stand and employees."

Had a wonderful short conversation with her and was first time trying their coffee/ drinks. It was amazing! I can’t thank her enough for them and I highly recommend this place. She’s so sweet."
