"After being a fairly loyal customer for over 16 years, they completely messed up my drink and it was only two-thirds of the way full. When I went back they said they would make it right but proceeded to charge me for it. I asked why they charged me when it wasn't my mistake. I didn't even order it, I just told them what happened. She said that they don't give out free drinks, that's just the way the owner is. Loyalty means nothing and their mistakes aren't corrected without a charge. They have messed up my drink multiple times and I have rarely complained. I'm always pleasant and I always tip. So long. It was okay while it lasted, but never, ever again willl I spend money there. There are plenty of coffee shops with better service and better coffee around here."
