"Baristas are really nice and efficient. Espresso is pretty decent, they serve Olympia Coffee. I skip the food as I heard Nineveh Assyrian owns this place--and I had maybe the worst fries I've ever had from their food cart (and it doesn't seem that clean). They also have huge turnover on employees (which is worrisome). The main attraction is the drive through / walk-up interface. However, if I find another walk-up location that's comparable, they'll probably lose my business."

"The customer service at this place has gone so far downhill... Every person I've seen in the last 2 months with the exception of one younger guy has been cold, standoffish, and just generally unpleasant. They make it very obvious you're inconveniencing them. The quality of drinks has significantly declined as well. Espresso doesn't seem to be dialed in properly and I've been given regular milk when I asked for oat milk multiple times now. So disappointing because I love supporting smaller, locally owned stands."
