"Elite held my car hostage for close to 4 months, either I pay them 20k in storage fees, or 17,442 to fix the car Wife was rear ended and I took my car to this shop. They first gave me a quote of 853.98 and kept picking up that price on three separate occasions until it ended up at 17,442. I tried to pull the vehicle out of their shop for three months since the insurance didn’t agree with it, but they kept denying me. They told me to either pay up $20,000 in storage($200/day), or pay their 17,442 to fix it. Every concern I raised was disregarded even when I was pleading to please let my car go since I can’t afford it. Their prices would devastate me since insurance only went up to 8,000. Finally, the lady who was handling my claim found out that we have the same insurance agent. After that, their whole demeanor towards me changed. It went from hostile and not caring about the stress caused towards me, to treating me like a victim. I am so glad I have the insurance agent that I have because his name carries so much weight in the insurance community. Only after that the situation was resolved. In the end, they charged my insurance over $12,000 in storage. I took my car to another shop and got it fixed for $2,850. Most stressful 4 months of my life. REPLY: I would love to write out all of the details of how I was treated and the facts, but any people who would want a review might skip mine due to the length. I just ask to trust my intentions, it is not in spite but only to inform of the dangers of taking your car to this shop. If you have more time, please read on. I won't forget the moment when I asked "if the insurance wont give you what you want, what do I do?" You said "well it is your car, you will pay us the 20,000 in storage" Whenever I tried to push back on the insane quotes, you immediately made it known that you had no intention of giving my car back until I paid you what you wanted. I had no choice but to play nice since my car was taken hostage. You did not fight on my behalf, I spent about 2 hours every morning about 4-5 times a week begging the insurance companies to pay you what you wanted. And about the "rust", I was in an identical accident two years ago so it was only two years worth of corrosion, the new shop where I took my vehicle said it was surface rust that didn't impact the native metal since it was only the spotwelds. They were able to sand down the spotwelds and weld new spotwelds with no issues. I will upload the pictures of the "rust" so that everyone can see for themselves if that looks like 17,442 for repairs and how that will make the whole rear end fall off. And yes, I had to get my personal insurance involved since they were the only ones who were able to get you the money you wanted. They will try to subrogate the insurance at fault but the remainder will go under my policy even though I was not at fault. Again, I am so grateful for my insurance agent, without him I would be down 20k. After he got involved, their demeanor towards me completely changed since they knew who he was. Annoyed me how fake they were about it after. In summary, I dont want to hold any grudges against others and thats why it took me so long to write this review. I am sure there are more customers out there who got treated like I did, but I just feel like I have a duty to warn the next potential victim. I didnt deserve to be treated like this just because this shop wanted their big payout. Again, I dont want to hold any grudges I will just move on, but I need to let people know. Thanks"

"We had our van towed here after our accident. They were fast to get it assessed and the quote over to the insurance. They were so kind when I had a bit of a sadness melt down when they said it was totaled. They were very respectful with me needing time to make some decisions and let me have some control over the say of my vehicle instead of listening to the wicked insurance adjuster. Listen when they say to go back through your vehicle.. I was so certain I got everything and it turns out that I filled half of the nifty bag they gave me."
"Couldn’t be happier with the service we received from Elite. After hitting a deer and getting extensive front end damage I called many different places (most of whom were too busy to give me more than 30 seconds of their time) I spoke with the manager Garrick who was incredibly helpful in answering my question. Even when there was a small disconnect between the manager and the office staff about my vehicle drop off time, the front office was incredibly gracious and helpful. Once they had my estimate done, Elite supported/answered all my questions which was so helpful for me in communicating with my insurance adjuster. Once my car was officially totaled I had to return for my belongings in my vehicle but my hands were pretty full as a mom with young children and they helped make sure I had everything I needed. This business really felt like a small family friendly place which is rare these days in the automotive world. Big thank you!!"
